“I believe a good online editor in advertising must be a creative. We also have to be experts in the tools of the trade and in overcoming obstacles, because in advertising, things move quickly and everything has to be just right!”
When Alex first started at the École supérieure en Art et technologie des médias in Jonquière, he thought he wanted to be a director. But then he quickly realized that postproduction was his true passion. “It’s never the same, especially in advertising, and I get to work independently or in a small team.”
While Alex likes working solo or in smaller groups, he also enjoys the contact with clients and the agency. “Getting the client’s approval is, for me, essential. When it’s positive, it means I asked the right questions and made the right choices. That’s my reward!”
