Patrick Lalonde
Patrick has worked on major Quebec TV series, some of which are very complex on an acoustic level. “Whether the scene is in an emergency room or on an ice rink, I use sound to create tension, emotions, and to bring the viewer into the action, as if they were really there.”
A master of continuity within continuity, he likes to settle into a project. “When you spend several months and sometimes years working with the same director, you become co-conspirators. Together, we establish a sound tempo. My challenge is to maintain it. It’s all about consistency and continuity.”
