“The most important part of my work is assembling the best possible team for each project and supporting our artists in their creative approach.” That means being able to keep an eye on their progress while maintaining enough distance to instill a sense of mutual trust. “I have the privilege of working with some great creative minds—both the clients who entrust us with their projects and the artists who need to be given free rein to create. It’s my job to bring them together.”
